Ted is an older boy originally picked up as a stray . He came to us through the pound and so we have no information on his past. Ted was adopted and then returned due to him not being house trained .

Ted arrived into rescue in an awful state and had clearly been living on the streets for some time. His life before that a mystery. I am extremely fond of this old boy and he needs a 10* home moving forwards. He deserves a family that will absolutely cherish him and shower him with love. He is the most undemanding lad, he goes with the flow and literally asks for nothing. He lives alongside other dogs without issue but doesn't interact just does his own thing. He's independent and clearly used to his own company. He loves his toys, his favourite being a spikey rubber ball. He happily entertains himself and never pesters for human attention. That being said he is always very happy for human fuss and welcomes cuddles, he is always full of kisses. He likes to cuddle in and will often fall asleep on his human. He is a gentle and soft natured boy. Not a pick of bother. In the summer he will often tottle off to the garden with his ball and fall asleep outside in the sun. I don't think he's ever had very much in his life, he expects nothing and is grateful for anything. From cuddles and love to a ball to play with... all gratefully received.

Ted had a big dental and bloods done when he first arrived. He's in good health atm. He has a sensitive stomach, eats dry with some probiotics only. He's not a greedy or fussy boy. He takes treats nicely. He enjoys shorter interesting walks rather than longer hikes. He walks nicely on lead. He would very much like a secure garden as he loves to be outside relaxing in the warmer weather. No young kids, teens considered. He could live alongside another oldie with a similar nature. No young bouncy dogs . No cats or small furries. Ted likes a slower relaxed pace of life generally. He needs a home with someone home more often than not. He is NOT fully house trained. Please bear this in mind. If let out he will always toilet outdoors. We can advise on training but there are no guarantees. Any home must be very patient and understanding of this. Absolutely no aversives.

Ted will make someone the most gorgeous companion. He truly is the sweetest most gorgeous natured boy.
